OCDMN Learning Center ("Site") is owned and operated by OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you access or purchase content through the Site.

4. Separation From Clinical Services
The OCDMN Learning Center is separate from clinical therapy services provided by OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota.
Participation in courses or trainings does not establish a therapist-client relationship and is not protected under HIPAA unless you separately engage in clinical services.
Information submitted through the Learning Center is governed by this Privacy Policy, not by clinical confidentiality laws.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The Site may be hosted or operated through third-party platforms, including learning management systems (LMS), payment processors, email service providers, analytics providers, and continuing education accreditation partners where applicable.
These platforms may process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select vendors with care but are not responsible for their independent practices.
