By accessing or purchasing any content through the OCDMN Learning Center ("Site"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase courses, trainings, or materials through this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided through the OCDMN Learning Center is for educational and informational purposes only.

Participation in any course, training, webinar, consultation group, or digital download:

  • Does not establish a therapist-client relationship
  • Does not establish a supervisory relationship
  • Does not constitute medical, mental health, or legal advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes individualized clinical supervision or treatment. Users are solely responsible for how they apply the information provided.

4. Not a Substitute for Clinical Care

The content on this Site is not a substitute for individualized mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or contact emergency services in your area.

Individuals seeking treatment should consult a licensed provider in their jurisdiction.

5. Continuing Education (CE) Credits

Where continuing education credits are offered:

  • CE credits are awarded only upon completion of all stated requirements
  • It is the participant's responsibility to confirm acceptance of CE credits with their licensing board
  • OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota does not guarantee approval by all licensing boards or jurisdictions
  • Failure to complete course requirements does not entitle the participant to a refund

Where applicable, OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota will indicate on the course listing which licensing boards (if any) have pre-approved CE credit for a given course. Participants are strongly encouraged to verify eligibility with their licensing board prior to purchase.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the immediate access to digital content, no refunds are provided for courses, trainings, downloads, or educational materials unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • The purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing digital content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access and recovery of associated fees.

If OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota discontinues a course or product after purchase and prior to the end of the stated access period, affected purchasers will be offered either a prorated refund or a comparable substitute course, at the company's discretion.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

7. Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access to purchased courses and materials is provided for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

If a product is described as offering "lifetime access," this refers to the lifetime of the product as offered by OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes. In the event of discontinuation, the refund terms outlined in Section 6 apply.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Course materials
  • Slides
  • Handouts
  • PDFs
  • Videos
  • Frameworks
  • Graphics
  • Written content

is the intellectual property of OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota, LLC.

Materials may not be:

  • Reproduced
  • Distributed
  • Shared
  • Recorded
  • Resold
  • Used to create derivative works

without express written permission.

Access is licensed to the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or distributing materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information. OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, credential sharing, or policy violations occur.

10. Privacy & Data Collection

By using this Site, you acknowledge that certain personal information (such as your name, email address, and payment information) may be collected in order to process purchases, deliver content, and communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data collected may be stored and processed by third-party service providers (such as learning management or payment platforms) subject to their own privacy policies. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain appropriate data protections.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data privacy rights (such as California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Please contact us at [email protected] with any privacy-related requests or inquiries.

11. Third-Party Platforms

The OCDMN Learning Center may be hosted on or delivered through third-party platforms. While OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota selects platforms with care, we are not responsible for the performance, terms, or privacy practices of these third-party services. Users may be required to agree to additional terms of service imposed by those platforms in order to access content.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Educational content is provided without guarantees of outcomes. OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Clinical results
  • Professional advancement
  • Financial outcomes
  • Client outcomes

Application of material is at the user's own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or its content.

Use of this Site is at your own risk.

14. Force Majeure

OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to platform outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Site, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota in writing at [email protected]. We will make a good-faith effort to respond within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than through court proceedings. Arbitration shall take place in Ramsey County, Minnesota, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

16. Modifications

OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on the Site.
